All API outputs generated by ComplianceIQ are provided to you for your internal compliance use. You retain ownership of AI system descriptions you submit. We retain ownership of the classification methodology, codebase, and Service infrastructure.
We aim to provide high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Enterprise subscribers receive an SLA with 99.9% uptime commitment. Free and paid non-enterprise subscribers are subject to our best-effort availability.
